On Sunday, 21 April 2013, for the fourth time Indonesisch Cultureel Festival ‘Bijzonder 21′ is held in the city of Best. This event shows variety of Indonesian cultures, batik, traditional dances and music, also traditional food from Indonesia. This event, which is also visited by Indonesian Ambassador for The Netherlands, had always attracted a lot of positive attention.

In this event, Angklung Eindhoven also performed some Indonesian and international songs. Aside from the interesting performance, stand of Angklung Eindhoven is also always packed with visitors.

Afgelopen zaterdag, 13 april 2013, heeft een evenement met de titel ‘YoungArtNight’ plaatsgevonden in het Van Abbe Museum te Eindhoven. Dit evenement met als thema ‘Art meets Party’, werd kunst in verschillende vormen voorgesteld aan het publiek. Als onderdeel van het muziek-programma speelde Angklung Eindhoven zes muziekstukken variërend van een Minangkabau’s volkslied medley tot Also Sprach Zarathustra.

De aanwezigheid van Angklung Eindhoven op dit evenement diende ook als een kleine sneak preview voor het komende angklung concert: Angklung Eindhoven in Concert 2013 welke zal worden gehouden op 24 mei 2013 in Muziekgebouw Frits Philips Eindhoven.
